The first case studies are in production. Until a client's results are measured and permissioned, we won't borrow, stage, or invent one. What we can show today is the method — proof of rigor in place of proof of results — and the exact anatomy of the story that lands here the moment it's real.

How a Platinum 90 engagement runs.

  1. Day 0

    We point Detection at your business.

    Diagnostic kicks off. Detection surfaces the leaks across brand, site, funnel, and market; our senior team pressure-tests the findings and captures a hard baseline of where things stand today.

  2. Day 14

    The memo lands, KPI agreed.

    You get it in writing — a prioritized plan and the one number we'll be judged on, a leading indicator we can actually control, not a fantasy revenue multiple. The full $4,500 is credited the moment you proceed.

  3. Day 30

    The first work ships.

    Build and launch begin against the plan — brand, site, campaigns, or whatever the diagnostic prioritized. Senior team end to end; you see real output in weeks, not a status deck.

  4. Day 60

    Leading indicators move.

    Mid-point review. We track the agreed KPI weekly and adjust in the open — qualified pipeline, booked demand, ship dates — the controllable signals that precede revenue.

  5. Day 90

    We show our work against the number.

    The first quarterly review, measured against the KPI and the Day-0 baseline. Then you decide whether the next quarter is worth it — clean exit if it isn't.

The guarantee

Here's the risk reversal in plain terms. We guarantee the deliverables ship, and that the leading indicators we agreed on — qualified pipeline, booked demand, ship dates, the controllable signals that precede revenue — move by Day 90. If they don't, the next quarter's fee is on us. It's quarterly, with no annual lock-in, and our exposure is capped at the next quarter's fee, so the downside is known on both sides.
